About

Welcome.

My name is Muna Osman. I am a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and the founder of Muna Osman Legal Services.

For the last 12 years, I have built my practice around one focus: defending people charged under the Provincial Offences Act and the Highway Traffic Act. Speeding, careless driving, stunt driving, distracted driving, photo-radar tickets, demerit points, suspensions and reinstatement applications — that is the work I do every day.

"A traffic ticket isn't just a fine. It's demerit points, insurance increases, and sometimes a suspended licence. My job is to make sure your charge gets the defence it deserves — not just a quick guilty plea."

A strong leader in the paralegal community, I bring a results-oriented approach to every file. That means understanding the facts of your case, identifying the issues that matter, and pursuing the best possible outcome — whether that's a withdrawal, a reduction, or a full trial.

I serve clients across all of Ontario, with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area. My office is in Mississauga at 201-30 Eglinton Avenue West, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3E7, and I appear in Provincial Offences Act courts in person and remotely throughout the province.

When you call, you'll speak with me directly. You'll get a clear assessment of your charge, an honest opinion on what's possible, and clear communication every step of the way.
